I’ve been training with dan for over 6 months now and because of how much he pushes and encourages me I’ve really seen a difference both physically and mentally! In the past I use to dread having to workout especially doing cardio but with dan he is always enthusiastic which motivates me and keeps our sessions varied so I don’t get bored.
