Here at DCPT we don’t tie you in to a lengthy contract, there is no need in a gym membership as we have a truck full of equipment and we’re not just about the money, we generally want to help!

If you decide Personal training is for you then your trainer will work alongside you when designing the tailor made programs, and will offer any nutritional support and guidance that you require. These programs will be designed around your specific goals and ability level.

Sports and fitness have always been an integral part of my life. From an early age I started playing football, rugby and ice hockey. I started attending the gym as soon as I was able to do so at the tender age of 16 and have been hooked ever since. 

Over time my own training has developed. Nowadays I make sure to include HIIT (high intensity interval training), calisthenics (body weight movements), some strength training and a bit of yoga in my weekly workouts. I believe variety is key and fitness should be included in everyone’s day to day life.
